Lish Bliss is an award-winning actress, writer, director, and producer raised on a farm in rural Wisconsin where she learned to drive a tractor, shoot trap, ride horses, and rope calves before she could legally drive a car. Between rodeo events, choir, dance, art club, and every school play and sport that would have her, a performer was clearly taking shape. Once she'd squeezed all she could out of country life, she made the move to Los Angeles.

She got her start in theatre, earning her first Best Actress nominations as "Cisco" in Sam Shepard's The Unseen Hand and "Bunny" in John Guare's The House of Blue Leaves. Improv and comedy came next: she became a resident performer at iO West and M.i.'s Westside Comedy Theater, where audiences keep coming back for her memorable characters, physical comedy, and uncannily accurate animal noises. She performs regularly with Mission IMPROVable, Cobranauts, JERALISH, There Will Be Snacks, and more. She also still dances, often performing with Pradogies Dance Company for projects and events, because some farm-girl energy has to go somewhere.

On camera, she works across drama and comedy with equal ease. Recent credits include Good Bad Things (AMC, now streaming on Hulu and Prime Video), The Stalking Fields (acquired by Gravitas Ventures), an Oscar-qualifying short film, a lead role in an indie feature, and national and regional commercial campaigns. Conservatory trained across three years at LACC Theatre Academy, she continues her ongoing study at Howard Fine Acting Studio and in Meisner technique with Joshua Bitton, bringing depth, grit, warmth, and specificity to every role.

Behind the camera, Lish is just as at home. She began directing in the theatre, where reviewers flagged her as an up-and-coming director to watch, and after a personal hiatus she brought that eye to film, directing shorts, writing sketch comedy and short films, and recently selling a vertical series to VertTV. As a producer, she currently has a slate of projects in various stages of development and production.

The through-line in all of it: Lish is someone people want back on set. Much of her work comes from directors and producers she's worked with before which is a testament to the preparation, passion, and professionalism she brings to every project. (The goat impression is available on request.)
